Apparently the Northern lights displays have been extra bright in Iceland recently. They are even turning off street lights in the city for a period of time to help residents see them better. The Icelandic Transport Authority wants drivers to be extra careful however, as the amazing display can be very distracting while driving, and simply pulling off the road wherever you are can be just as hazardous. So be careful out there! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

The Icelandic Transport Authority advises drivers to pay close attention and not let the Northern lights distract them from the road and immediate surroundings.

In a statement from the Icelandic Transport Authority is said that often drivers park their cars in dangerous locations to watch the splendor of the lights, for example on the side of the road.<\/em><\/p>\n
